Our Process
You will have the best experience possible due to our client-centered design and build approach. The goal of every stage of our design and remodeling process is to create a space you are happy and comfortable with every day. From 3D designs to picking out finishes, to deliveries and construction, we are with you every step of the way!

Step 2
On-Site Consultations
After you are prequalified, and a phone conversation. We schedule an in-home project tour and brainstorm Ideas with the you.
Step 3
Design & Construction Estimate
Estimate budget and time based on materials and all components of the project. Obtain and review project quote.
Step 4
Contract is signed
We agree on a timeline and budget. Sign Contract. 1/3rd payment due to get started on day 1.
Step 5
The Fun Part
Demolition & Preparation. Materials delivered. Project starts. 1/3 Payment at halfway point.
Step 6
The Grand Finale
Final walkthrough and job approval. Final Payment due.
Our Quality Guarantee
We stand by our work, and offer a 1 year Warranty for our workmanship, all product factory warranties and installation. We will call you to check on things to make sure you are happy. At the one year mark we will schedule an optional walkthrough to discuss the warranties and fix any problems that might be there.
